I have a groupon, now what?

Simply Click the book now button at the top of this page, follow the easy prompts, and schedule your session, we do not offer scheduling over the phone for groupon vouchers as we must have our policies agreed upon through our online scheduler.

I already paid for my groupon, why is it asking for a credit card?

A credit card is required to hold all reservations, however it will not be charged as long as the appointment is scheduled in compliance with the fine print on your voucher, and you are in compliance with our office policies.

Why isn’t my groupon code working?

To protect your personal information as a HIPAA and DPOR compliant spa we do not link our website to groupon’s website. Your groupon code is to be provided to us after you receive services just like any other form of payment. Please do not try to enter it on our website, instead print it prior to your appointment and bring it with you and present after your session.

Can I come in today for a session?

We do sometimes have last minute appointments available, however we cannot check that for you. You can check availability and schedule your session via the book now button at the top of this page.

When are you open?

We are open (by appointment only) 7 days per week from 8am to 10pm.

What is the fine print?

The fine print is printed directly on your groupon voucher, but for convenience it is copied below:
Appointment required. Not valid on 2/5/19- 2/25/19 and 5/4/19- 5/20/19. Limit 1 per person or couple. Not valid for clients who have received services within the past 12 month(s). Merchant’s standard cancellation policy applies.

My groupon expired, can I still use it?

As a customer you have until the expiration date on your Groupon voucher to book your session and receive services with us. After that date, you will owe the  difference of the regular retail value of the service and the price that you paid towards your voucher. This money is owed to us directly at the time of service. The voucher can only be applied towards the service that was originally purchased.

Can I use it for a lesser priced service since it expired?

No, your groupon can only be applied towards the service it was purchased for.

Can we request 2 females perform our services?

There are plenty of spas who only hire a specific gender or race, etc., and one of those may prove to be a better fit for clients who find these factors more important than the quality of the massage itself.

None of the times listed on your website work for me, can’t you squeeze me in sooner?

Unfortunately not. All the times we have available are listed on our website, and it is in real time. If it doesn’t show availability on a specific day you want, it is because the rooms, and staff are already booked with previously scheduled appointments. We cannot cancel someone else’s appointment to fit you in. We urge you to book approximately 2 months in advance to ensure availability. Everyone loves a great deal, so these appointment times go fast. Please plan accordingly.

If I search the regular couples massage option it shows availability, but it doesn’t for my groupon service?

We reserve high volume days and therapists with extensive experience for full price clientele and members. The groupon discount is for use during low volume dates, and with therapists who are still accepting new clients. Therapists with more education, expertise, and experience only see full price clients because they do not discount their work. You will need to book the groupon option when it becomes available with therapists who accept discounts.
